By posting content on the App, you grant BinTooq a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content worldwide.
BinTooq reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinTooq and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
BinTooq reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
